Defective claims and return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order and shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Email email@example.com. Please provide your name, order # and style number shown on your receipt.
Upon approval, we will email you a return authorization number with instructions. Packages received without a Return Authorization will be refused.
Items must be returned in unworn, new condition with original tags and packaging. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If item was purchased with "free shipping," the original, actual outgoing shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds of $100 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds can only be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from confirmed receipt of the return to us.
