We stand behind our jewelry 100%. If at any point your Sweet Romance pieces need repair, please send them to our Repair Department. We will gladly repair defects in workmanship at no cost to you, in addition to a free cleaning.
Our lifetime guarantee applies to all Sweet Romance jewelry, regardless of where the item was purchased.
You are responsible for shipping your item(s) to our Repair Department, and must include $5 for return shipping back to you.
Repairs are not valid if your piece has been repaired or altered outside of Sweet Romance
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components or parts needed to repair older items.
Repairs and any special requests may take 2-3 weeks to be returned. To check the status of a repair, call 800-935-1935 or email sweetroman@aol.com
If you are sending in an earring for repair, please send in BOTH earrings. All repairs come with a complimentary cleaning, and we would like to keep your pair of earrings sparkling!
