SHIPPING
Enjoy Free UPS Ground Shipping (continental United
States) on all orders of $75 (merchandise) or more. During sales and other
special events, the minimum order required for free shipping may increase at our
discretion, but will always be published prominently on the site. Thank you!
We ship via United Parcel Service. Shipping is available
Monday-Friday until 12pm Pacific Time. Orders received after 12pm Friday,
Pacific Time will be processed as received, and will be shipped the following
Monday. When your package is shipped we will email the shipping date and the UPS
tracking number.
International shipments require an additional charge, and will be shipped
according to best practice for the respective country. We will quote a rate for
shipping and insurance only. The addressee is responsible for all duties and
fees. For more information, please email or telephone. International rates can
vary. You will be notified by email, before shipping, if your quoted price
changes.
We offer these shipping services and deliveries:
REGULAR = UPS Standard Ground Service - within the contiguous 48 states - SEE
RATES IN CHART, BELOW. Your shipment will arrive within five to eight business
days after the shipping date. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9AM-3PM
EST.
FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY - Please use the COMMENTS section of your order form to
advise us if you have a specific arrival deadline. Next Day Air will arrive
1 business day after the shipping date. Second day air will arrive 2 business
days after the shipping date. Three Day Select will arrive 3 business days after
the shipping date. Expedited shipping is not available for non-US orders.
*Expedited shipping charges
will be adjusted depending on the delivery location, according to UPS. When you
check out, you will see the charge for expedited shipping below. Adjusted rates
